Join our expert Career Returners Coaches for our online Return to Work Accelerator. We’re currently running the sixth refreshed Autumn cohort from 15 September 2026 to 6 October 2026.Â
This group coaching programme will equip you with the tools, strategies, connection and support you need to maximise your chances of returning to a fulfilling job. You will receive 8 hours of expert coaching for £150.

8 hours of expert coaching
Over 4 live and interactive coach-led workshops, boosted by practical exercises and tailored resources. Please note workshops will NOT be recorded to preserve participant confidentiality and encourage group participation.

You’ll identify your key transferable skills, learn to network effectively (online and in person), enhance your CV, optimise your LinkedIn profile, navigate online job applications and prepare for interview success.
Learn how to use AI as a powerful return-to-work tool
Throughout the programme we’ll guide you through practical prompts and simple steps that will help you research roles, refine applications and showcase your experience with confidence.
Become part of a ready-made return to work peer support group
You’ll join a supportive cohort and be paired with a mini-cohort for deeper accountability and connection. Plus, you’ll have access to a dedicated Accelerator peer group in our online Community Hub, so the support continues long after the programme ends.

Cost
Accelerator Programme price: £150
NB: Workshops will not be recorded to preserve participant confidentiality and encourage group participation. You’ll need to be able to attend all the sessions live.

Refund terms
We understand your circumstances may change between booking your place and starting the Accelerator programme. Up until the programme starts on 15 September, a refund will be given upon request. To obtain a refund, please email the Coaching Team on info@careerreturners.com
