Are you looking for a motivational and practical boost to support you to get back to work? Join our expert Career Returners Coaches for our online Return to Work Accelerator. The Group Coaching Programme will equip you with the tools, strategies, connection and support to maximise your chances of getting back to a fulfilling job.

How will the Programme support your return to work?
- You will receive 14 hours of expert coaching over six live and interactive coach-led workshops*, boosted by practical exercises and tailored resources.Â
- You will be supported to rebuild your professional confidence, develop your skills to network effectively online and in person, enhance your CV, identify key strengths and transferable skills, optimise your LinkedIn profile, navigate online job applications and prepare for interview success.
- Throughout, you will learn how to incorporate AI effectively into your return to work activities.
- You will join a ready-made return to work support group, with a dedicated Accelerator peer group in our online Community Hub for you to connect and support each other throughout the programme and beyond.
*Please note workshops will not be recorded to preserve participant confidentiality and encourage group participation.

The programme runs 3 times a year, with the next cohort starting in April. There are six workshops held fortnightly with breaks for UK holidays. You must be able to attend the sessions as they won’t be recorded to preserve participant confidentiality.
