The Turner and Townsend Career Returners programme offers a structured and supported return to the workplace to professionals who have taken career breaks of at least two years. They passionately believe that those who have had time away, for whatever reason, can bring skills and experience that will strengthen, enhance and diversify their teams. Their focus is to build on the positive momentum of their last Career Returners programme, promoting their business and the construction industry as an attractive choice for people at all stages of their career.

Who are they looking for?

Turner and Townsend are looking for enthusiastic individuals who wish to return to their successful careers, bringing with them the wealth of knowledge and skills acquired through both their professional and personal experiences. The programme is open to anyone who meets the criteria, but they are particularly encouraging women and people from diverse or marginal backgrounds to apply.

What can you expect from their Career Returners programme?

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced consultancy at the forefront of construction, where their people are the key to their success. The programme offers:

The programme aims to offer returners a permanent position on successful completion, however, they are unable to guarantee this.
