Your route into the profession
New to financial services?
They’ll support you through your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning with the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), providing the knowledge, qualifications and confidence you need to begin your adviser journey.
Already qualified?
If you’ve completed your Level 4 Diploma but haven’t yet worked as a financial adviser, their 13-week Bridging Programme will help you develop the practical skills needed to launch your career successfully.

Eligibility
To apply for Quilter Academy, you must:
- Be eligible to work and have the right to remain in the UK
- Have at least five years of unrestricted work entitlement in the UK due to the nature of the opportunity and long-term business planning
- Be financially secure, with no current issues involving the FCA, HMRC, financial difficulties or insolvency
