Mubadala Capital Ventures has invested in over 100 technology companies from Series A to post IPO since 2017 across fintech, software, internet, healthcare and deep tech.

In Europe, Mubadala Capital Ventures focuses on partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs from Series B to pre-IPO.

What they are looking for

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or venture capital
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Intellectually curious with demonstrated passion for technology
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who can independently deliver work

This opportunity is open to candidates with an extended career break of 18 months or more (as at September 2024). During this time, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work of a number of years.

What you might be doing

This role sits as part of the Venture Capital team that is responsible for:

  • Conducting research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities.
  • Developing investment models and presenting recommendations to the investment team.
  • Supporting due diligence efforts and managing investment documentation.
  • Assisting with portfolio management and performance tracking
