The Goldman Sachs EMEA Returnship program is aimed at talented professionals looking to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce. This paid, 12-week program reintegrates experienced professionals back into the workforce, leveraging the vast network of resources available at Goldman Sachs.

The program offers opportunities across a variety of function and divisions to strengthen technical skills, and provide access to professional development with potential to move into full-time employment on completion.

About the Returnship

Goldman Sachs is offering placements across a multiple functions in London, Birmingham and and Warsaw. Please click here to learn more about each function.

As a participant, you will:

  • Join a 12-week professional placement of on-the-job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Access the vast network of resources at Goldman Sachs through leadership development, support and mentorship from a dedicated Returnship program team
  • Participate in intentional cohort coaching sessions from Career Returners, focused on building community and creating a seamless transition experience back into the workforce

Eligibility for the Returnship and Launch Event

  • Previously employed professionals with five or more years of work experience in a relevant area
  • Have been out of the full-time workforce on a career break for two or more years as of 30th September, 2024
  • Have a desire to return to full-time employment
  • Previous experience in financial services is beneficial but not a requirement
  • Have the right to work in the UK or Poland

The deadline to apply for the 2024 EMEA Returnship Program is 9th June 2024.

Interviews will take place through June and July of 2024 and the programme will run from 30th September to 20th December.
