Through our Career Returners Community, we provide access the hard-to-reach high-calibre segment of professionals on an extended career break: a largely untapped group of highly-qualified, experienced and motivated people.

Our Career Returners Community Hub, launched in December 2024, is the global go-to support hub for returning professionals. Our website acts as a central portal for return-to-work opportunities. We have a subscribed Community of 10,000 career returners:

• +90% women
• 50% non-white ethnic background
• Majority have 10+ years pre-break work experience

We also reach returners through our media presence and our extensive social media network.

Our Employer Partnership options elevate your brand presence by showcasing your opportunities directly to our Community, alongside promotion on our opportunities webpage during the application period and through our returner socials.  

We regularly co-host Returner Insight Events with our employer partners, either in-person or virtually. These provide a mix of engagement, information, support and networking opportunities.
