About the Sage Career Returners Programme

As part of the Sage Career Returners Programme, you will join directly into a permanent role and will receive:

  • Coaching from Career Returners to support your return to the workplace
  • A buddy who will ensure you transition well into the new role and team
  • Mentorship from leaders
  • Opportunities to build new skills and progress a career within the tech industry

Is this programme for me?

The supported hiring opportunities are aimed at individuals who are looking to relaunch their career and who have professional experience prior to a career break. You will:

  • Have taken a career break of 12 months or more as of May 2024. During your break, you may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments, have been self-employed, or have not done any paid work
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be able to travel to Sage HQ in Newcastle for part of the working week
