Roles at Morgan Sindall develop some of the UK’s most complex and critical infrastructure across five core sectors of energy, water, nuclear, highways and rail.

About Re-connect

The programme offers 6-months paid returnship working in a business area that compliments your previous competencies and experience. They will mentor, coach and re-energise your existing skills. On the programme you will receive training to help you rebuild your confidence and update your technical capability, and you will gain relevant work experience by completing projects and tasks to be up to date with the industry so that you can return to work. At the end of the programme, the aim is that you’ll secure a permanent position with them.

Morgan Sindall takes an adaptable working approach, giving their colleagues flexibility on when, how and where they work, depending on the role and customer requirements.

Programme Eligibility

Morgan Sindall is looking for people who have:

  • Taken a career break of 18 months or more. During your career break you may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around other commitments or not done any paid work for a number of years
  • Previous industry experience or have relevant transferable skills
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
