At Lloyds Banking Group they understand that returning to work after time away can be challenging, so that’s why they are partnering with Career Returners (previously Women Returners) to offer supported hiring. They are looking for an Enterprise Architect in their Chief Technology Office to apply for this role.

They are seeking experienced professionals who have had a career break of at least 18 months. They would like you to be curious, keen to learn new skills and share a passion for helping Britain prosper. Banking or financial services experience is always welcome, but your transferrable skills will be equally as valuable.

At Lloyds Banking Group they will provide meaningful work from day one, and you’ll be paired with a buddy or mentor to help guide you along the way. You’ll also benefit from being part of their wider Returners Community and have a chance to create a personal development plan that works for you.

If you’re looking for a new, permanent job opportunity in a supportive work environment, keen to further develop your skills in the UK’s biggest digital bank and looking to work somewhere that encourages a culture of wellbeing and inclusivity, then Lloyds Banking Group could be a great fit for you!

Enterprise Architect – You’ll build sophisticated frameworks and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of their business. You’ll work closely with their Chief Architects to develop architecture roadmaps, guardrails, patterns and principles for aligned platforms, invigorated by the opportunity to manage the definition, development and delivery of a significant product or service.
