About the programme

  • The programme offers a professionally paid placement of 6 months, from April to October 2024
  • There will be a strong likelihood of a permanent role at the end of the programme
  • To support your transition back into the workplace, you will receive an internal mentor and a buddy for your day-to-day questions
  • You will benefit from Career Returners’ Coaching Programme throughout your time on the programme
  • As part of the cross-company programme, you will have a ready-made peer support group of other returners re-entering the tech sector

Teams you can join via the programme

Business Intelligence/Data

The Business Intelligence team develops and manages the technical infrastructure that collects, stores, and analyzes company data and subsequently parses data and produces reports and information that helps the company make better decisions.

This team is seeking skills relating to data management and analytics, and business intelligence.

Service Desk

The Service Desk team are a customer focused IT service desk operation and oversee the processes, resources, and activities required to efficiently and effectively support end-users and customers.

This team is seeking skills relating to customer service in a tech environment, service desk operations and management.

Cloud Computing

The Cloud team are responsible for the design, development, management and security of cloud services to support the company’s activities across Europe.

This team is seeking skills relating to cloud computing; roles such as architect, engineer, developer, and security analyst.

Software Engineering

The Software Engineering team applies engineering design process to design, develop, test, maintain, both internal and external software products. You will be part of the team responsible for Launchpad, which opens new ways for brands to plan, buy and activate premium digital Out of Home inventory.

This team is seeking skills relating to software development, coding and computer programming.

Applications Management

The Applications team investigate, research, and procure software applications that meet the company needs. They install, configure, and maintain applications; create processes and protocols for software systems, manage computer and server upgrades and troubleshoot issues.

This team is seeking skills relating to application selection, management and implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this programme you must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship will not be provided.

Your career break must be 18 months or more as at April 2024. You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitment or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
