BCG wants to ensure that those with extended leaves of absence feel empowered to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

Who is BCG looking for?

The BCG Career Returners Programme has been specifically designed for those with 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting OR 5 to 10 years of industry related experience, in a professional or leadership role, looking to re-start their career after a break of two or more years. Candidates should be analytically minded, demonstrate a high degree of quant skills and be able to demonstrate leadership in their experience.

Any interested returner candidates with significantly more work experience should reach out directly to discuss opportunities via LONRecruiting@bcg.com  Please type ‘Career Returners’ in the subject box.
