Amazon EU Retail is partnering with Career Returners to re-launch their Returners Program! The aim is to support those who have been out of the workplace for 18+ months to flexibly re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in a progressive environment.

Who is Amazon EU Retail looking for?

You will be an experienced professional who has the right to work in the country for which you are applying, and who has had a career break of 18+ months prior to joining the program in June 2024. You may have been working small-scale around other commitments or not done any paid work during this period.

You will be interested in joining a values-led business, embracing the Amazon Leadership Principles and kick-starting the next chapter of your career.

Amazon EU Retail is keen to hear from people whose previous careers were in a number of sectors including, but not limited to, retail, FMCG, financial services, consulting and advertising.

You will have had experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Account management
  • Client relationship management
  • Sales and/or business development
  • Buying and/or merchandising
  • Category management
  • Marketing and/or communications – b2b or b2c
  • Supply chain and inventory management
  • Strategic consulting
  • Project management

Your recruitment process will start with your online application. If there is potentially a good fit with the program, Amazon EU Retail will invite you to a virtual interview. If successful you will be invited to a final virtual interview. The interviews will assess your fit with the Amazon Leadership Principles through competency-based behavioural questions.
